Refunds will only be made through the original mode of payment
Bill payments once made are non-refundable, refunds are only made for the following:
Overcharge/Duplicate Charge: If you believe your account has been overcharged and you require a refund, please contact our Customer Care Team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer care team will verify all claims and if required, refund in the original method of payment.
Please allow up to 15days for the refund transfer to be completed.
